Like Driving The C Class?
Of course you do. It has the flashy Mercedes Center Caps and everything.
The C Class Benz is also known as the “Baby Benz” .. and I think I can understand why. It’s been known as the favorite vehicle to buy in the entry-level luxury/sport sedan category. The car doesn't only have looks to offer its drivers, it also has cutting-edge safety features, lively performance and a feeling of solidity. Isn’t that what we all want in a nutshell?
On every occasion that the C Class was released, it has been cross-shaped with its rivals: the Audi A4 and BMW 3 Series. Even though the 3 Series is more “sporty” and the Audi model is more luxurious, the C Class is built to combine both of these features. It also gives the driver so much more technology than what’s offered in those two models.
The model that’s out now can be bought in one of four trim levels (all with Factory Mercedes Center Caps on them) : C300 Luxury, C300 Sport, C350 and C63 AMG. Both the Luxury and Sport models share the same engine under the hood: a 3.0-liter V6 that produces 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The only main things that they differ in are exterior styling components, interior trim designs, front seat designs, and the standard transmission that comes in the car. There’s a 7-speed automatic that comes standard in the Luxury and optional on the Sport, which is offered with a six-speed manual transmission.
Both of these C300 models are offered with an all-wheel-drive system known as 4Matic.
The C350 model will only come in a “Sport Guise” option that gets its power from a 3.5-liter V6 that makes 268 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque. It only comes with a seven-speed automatic transmission so if you’re looking for a manual transmission .. I suggest that you look somewhere else.
The ultimate model is called the C63 AMG. The car is classified as a high-performance sports edition sedan with OEM Mercedes Hubcaps and a 6.2-liter V8 shoehorned engine. This engine allows for a total amount of 451 horsepower and 443 lb-ft to enter the rear wheels using a seven-speed automatic transmission. Can you believe that the car goes from 0 to 60 in 4.4 seconds?! Do you know how fast you can get onto the highway with those kinds of numbers?
With the C36, other performance options include a wider front track, a modified steering and suspension system, huge 18-inch wheels with the OE center caps on it, upgraded brakes, and aggressively bolstered seats. You can even notice a difference on the exterior styling of the car.
In different reviews that were put together and reviewed over the years, the car has only gotten better and better. Since it has such a variety of different sporty and luxurious flavors, I don’t see why people wouldn’t want to buy the car if they had the money to do so. No matter what, It think that the “Baby Benz” is always going to be an option for buyers looking to look a bit more classy and a bit more sophisticated when they’re driving down the street. I know for a fact that it’s always going to be on the list of cars that I hope to own when I get older .. what about you and your list?
